Cooking the Liechtenstein speciality dish "Käsknöpfle" with Martha Bühler
Martha Bühler is famed for being the first woman from Liechtenstein to take part in the Olympic Games but she is also well-known far beyond her country’s borders as a highly talented cook. Martha has already inspired many with her skills and is renowned for her "Käsknöpfle" cheese noodle dish, often described as Liechtenstein’s national dish.
A former professional skier who has perfected the art of cooking, Martha Bühler is looking forward to spoiling you with a culinary delight from Liechtenstein.
Time: Two servings: lunchtime, from 12 noon to 2 pm, and in the evening, from 5 pm onwards
